Jared Jakubowski

Jared Jakubowski is a project manager for IEM with over eight years of experience designing and applying strategies in the fields of community organizing, community-based economic development, planning-zoning strategized, and affordable housing development Disaster Recovery CDBG. Jakubowski is a leader in assisting and implementing post-disaster recovery efforts and has managed over 50 contracts for the construction of public infrastructure and public facilities, engineering, architecture, auditors, and many others. Jakubowski managed a redevelopment project, converting 15 acres of land damaged in a tornado into a mixed-income mixed-use development with over 250 units for the City of Moore, OK.
