Sheila Rodriguez

Sheila Rodriguez, MA, is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist currently employed at IEM since October 2022, where responsibilities include evaluating resumes, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews while collaborating with hiring managers on job requisitions and hiring plans. Previously, Sheila served as Human Resources Manager at Santillana Puerto Rico from May 2014 to June 2022, where expertise was applied in developing an HR framework for a team of 60 employees and managing a large number of subcontractors. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Coordinator at St. James Security Services, Inc., where operational leadership was demonstrated in overseeing a workforce of over 6,000 personnel and coordinating training programs. Sheila also held a managerial position at Caribbean Cinemas from January 1999 to November 2004. Education includes a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Universidad Interamericana and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Universidad Central de Bayamón.
