Mark De La Rue

Mark De La Rue is a Non Executive Director at iEnergizer. Mark has over fifteen years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sector. Prior to joining iEnergizer, Mark was an Associate at IFM Investors where they were responsible for reporting existing investment performance, analysis of proposed infrastructure projects and asset management activities. Mark also managed the operational and financial aspects of the Wonthaggi Wind Farm, prepared the board recommendation for acquisition of Ecogen Energy, and ongoing management and financial analysis of a PPP asset.

Before IFM Investors, Mark worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Alinta, where they were responsible for the assessment of investments in major capital projects and acquisitions. Mark prepared bankable financial analysis for electricity generation assets, developed detailed tariff and cost-benefit analysis for the sale of electricity, and examined electricity by-pass options in the Pibara region.

Mark began their career as a Mechanical Engineer (Turbine Projects) at Detroit Diesel Allison Australia before moving into finance with Duke Energy International. Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.
