Shyamal Dutta

Shyamal Dutta is a Lean Six Sigma Certified professional with over 14 years of extensive experience in customer service, analysis and quality auditing, training and quality management, people management, client relationship, and vendor management. Currently serving as the Training and Quality Manager at iEnergizer since June 2024, Shyamal previously held the same role at Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd. from September 2022 to October 2025. Additional experience includes positions as Quality Assurance Manager at HGS Soluciones, Senior Executive Quality at DishTV, and Quality Assurance Lead at Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd., among others. Shyamal holds a Bachelor's degree from Vidyasagar University, completed between 2003 and 2006.
