Umair Mehboob

Umair Mehboob has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011-2015, they were a Data Entry Operator at Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC)-3. From 2015-2016, they were a Network Administrator at Object Synergy, where they provided Windows/Unix/Linux administration, NOC administration, LAN/WAN/VPN administration, VMware administration, IDP monitoring, FTP server management, AD/DNS server management, wireless access points and load balancers, HA and DR solutions. From 2016-2019, they were a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Creative Chaos, where they managed and deployed Linux and Windows servers on FDC, Rackspace, and Amazon EC2 Cloud, supported and resolved problems and incidents on Virtualization Platforms Proxmox VE and Hyper-V, managed logs, application backups, database backups, and system backups, and managed Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, and Mysql as live servers including HA Proxy Load Balancer, Master-Master-slave Replication, and failover for Mysql DB. Currently, they are a Senior Devops Engineer at iENGINEERING.

Umair Mehboob attended Comsats University of Information Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering. In March 2021, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In July 2021, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft. Umair also holds an MCITP certification.
