Ayça Dedik

Ayça Dedik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ayça started their career in 2010 as a Personnel Responsible at Cagdas Holding and later worked as a Accountant at Özel İnter Tıp Merkezi. From 2014 to 2016, they served as an HR Chief at Scanway Turizm Yatırım A.Ş., where they were responsible for personnel issues, payroll, and employee entry and exit procedures. Ayça then transitioned to the role of Personnel Chief at Vera Hotels & Resorts. Ayça joined Uluslararası Pilates Federasyonu in 2017 as a Responsible Manager, overseeing administrative tasks and following the operational flow of affiliated branches. Ayça worked there until 2021. In 2021, they joined 9 Derece ARGE Otomotiv as an Accounting and Personnel Officer, a position they held until 2022. Ayça then worked as an Accountant at EU Plastik İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. before joining IEP Technologies in the same role in December 2022.

Ayça attended Bornova Anadolu Lisesi from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they studied Turkce Matematik.

Ayça then enrolled in Dokuz Eylul University from 2002 to 2009, where they pursued their degree in 58 and specialized in Calisma Ekonomisi ve Endustri İlişkileri.

Currently, Ayça Dedik is studying at Istanbul University and is expected to complete their Lisans Derecesi in Cocuk Gelisimi in 2022.
