Richard Karadizian

Richard Karadizian is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in product development, project management, and operations within the industrial safety and protection sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering & Operations at IEP Technologies, Richard oversees product quality, compliance, and corporate growth strategies, while managing business relationships and intellectual property. Prior roles include Mechanical Engineering Manager and Program Manager at Kidde-Fenwal, where Richard led engineering teams and coordinated product development from conception to launch. Richard's career also encompasses project management at C. H. Babb Company, design engineering at Wolverine Corporation, and systems design at Fenwal Safety Systems. Richard holds an MBA, a Master’s in Fire Protection Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
