Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Brian began their career at Morgan Stanley in 1986 as a vice president and floor trader on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In 1989, they were promoted to vice president of Japanese equity warrant trading and sales. Brian remained with Morgan Stanley for 11 years, until 2000 when they joined Maverick Capital as a partner and sector head for Asian equity long/short investments. In 2004, Brian left Maverick to start their own company, Asian Century Quest, where they served as managing partner for 10 years. In 2014, Brian joined IES Abroad as the director.

Brian Kelly completed their Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree at Georgetown University in the School of Foreign Service. Brian also attended New Trier Township High School in Winnetka.
