Franz D. Hofer serves as an Instructor in History and Cultural Studies at IES Abroad since January 2019, creating and teaching courses such as "Vienna's Victuals: A Cultural History of Food and Drink in Austria" and "Museums and Public History: The View from Vienna," while organizing activities for American university exchange students to enhance their experience of Vienna.
