Maria Lee serves as the Assistant Director of Advising at IES Abroad, overseeing a team of six Program Advisors and managing complex student advising for multiple international locations. Previous roles include Program Advisor at IES Abroad, where Maria specialized in recruiting and advising on various global programs, and positions as a Research Assistant at the Brain and Cognitive Development Lab and Student Supervisor at the Illini Union Bookstore. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Northwestern University.
