Jenny Thomas

Jenny Thomas is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Division Human Resources Manager at IES Commercial & Industrial since July 2013. In this role, Jenny manages overall compliance with HR policies and procedures, facilitating communication with external agencies and addressing employee relations issues. Prior to this position, Jenny held the title of Human Resources Manager at Spectrum Comm Inc. from November 2006 to March 2013, where responsibilities included developing and administering HR plans for all personnel. Jenny holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Old Dominion University.
