Mike Trzinski

Mike Trzinski, PMP, CTS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and technical delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Project Management Operations at IES Communications, Mike focuses on team development, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, as Vice President of Technical Delivery at Creative Realities, Inc., Mike led large-scale digital signage projects and managed multiple operational teams. Earlier roles include Director of Project Management and Installations at Creative Realities, Supplier Manager at Outcome Health, Product Technology Manager at AccentHealth, and Owner of Maverick Technology Services, among others. Mike holds education from Florida Metropolitan University and St. Petersburg College.
