Kenneth Smart has extensive experience in the construction and project management industry, currently serving as Superintendent at Comfort Systems of Virginia, Inc. since October 2019, as well as Project Manager at IES since January 2019. Kenneth also holds the position of General Superintendent MEP at The Hyperion Group, a role maintained since December 2016. Previous roles include Project Superintendent at ACI from June 2012 to October 2015, and Project Superintendent at ITAC from June 2009 to June 2011. Kenneth's career began at Southern Air Inc., where responsibilities included General Superintendent, Project Manager, and Superintendent from October 1998 to May 2009.
