Carlos Alberto Molina Manzano

Carlos Alberto Molina Manzano is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in both academia and corporate governance. As Socio Director at DEMOCORP since June 2005, Carlos plays a critical role on the Board of Directors and the Finance and Risk Committee. Additional leadership positions include roles at PROARCA Andina and PROARCA Venezuela, as well as involvement with Demo Construcciones. In academia, Carlos has been a Full Professor of Finance at IESA since August 2005, focusing on Corporate Finance research, and previously held professorships at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the University of Texas - San Antonio. Carlos earned a Ph.D. in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and holds an MBA in Finance from IESA.
