Néstor Luis Altuve Oráa

Néstor Luis Altuve Oráa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Néstor Luis began their career as a Manager of Planning and Budget at Grupo Últimas Noticias in 2001, where they designed and implemented budget control systems and financial analysis models. Néstor Luis later became the Corporate Manager of Strategic Planning, leading annual planning processes. At the same company, they also served as the General Manager of Digital Development & New Business, leading the digital transformation projects and establishing a unit for digital business.

Throughout their career, Néstor has held various consulting and leadership positions. As a Digital & Business Consultant at Independiente - CDO Plus, they provided consulting services in digital transformation and business strategy. At the Asociación Mundial de Periódicos y Editores de Noticias, they served as an Associate Consultant, responsible for consulting, advisory, and training services across Latin America.

Néstor has also held managerial roles in other organizations. Néstor Luis worked as the General Manager, Consultant, and Member of the Editorial Board at Capital Financiero, where they oversaw the overall business operations and led a complete transformation of the company. As the Regional Manager for Central America and the Caribbean at Unikemia, they managed regional operations.

In addition to these roles, Néstor has also been involved in academic work. Néstor Luis is a professor at Panamerican Business School, teaching courses on digital transformation, disruptive business models, digital business, and platforms. Néstor Luis has also served as a Director of Digital Transformation Diplomas and Coordinator of the Cybersecurity Program at IESA.

Currently, Néstor serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Fundación Estrellita de Belén, where they are responsible for driving the organization's strategic initiatives.

Néstor is also a founding member of the Red Latinoamericana de Transformación Digital, where they established the Panama chapter.
