Hina Pancholi

Hina Pancholi is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Currently serving as a Clinical Affiliate at Ieso Digital Health since August 2017, Hina provides discreet online therapy, facilitating improved access to mental health care. In private practice with Elevated Wellbeing since October 2020 and in a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist role at Bupa since July 2025, Hina has dedicated expertise in treating a range of mental health issues. Previous positions include work with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust and Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, where Hina contributed to multidisciplinary teams and managed clinical services. Hina holds multiple postgraduate qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy from the University of Derby, in addition to EMDR Practitioner training and a Bachelor's degree in Human Psychology from Aston University.
