Kristy Smalley

Kristy Smalley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kristy is currently working at ieso as the Head of Strategic Operations since July 2023. Prior to that, they held positions such as Programme Manager and Clinician Support Director at the same company. Before joining ieso, Kristy worked at Cambridge Cognition Plc as a Digital Health Project Manager and Study Manager from June 2019 to September 2019. Kristy also worked at Lexxic as a Business Psychologist, Senior Assistant Psychologist, and Junior Assistant Psychologist from September 2012 to December 2016. Additionally, Kristy gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of East Anglia, where they conducted interviews and produced podcasts for new students.

Kristy first attended the University of East Anglia from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Kristy then pursued further education at City University (GB) from 2011 to 2012, earning a Master of Science degree in Organisational Psychology.
