Matthew Bocci

Matthew Bocci is a highly experienced professional in the field of telecommunications, currently serving as the BESS WG Co-Chair and NVO3 WG Co-Chair at the IETF since 2006. Additionally, Matthew is a member of the Routing Area Directorate and has co-chaired various working groups including PWE3 and ANCP. With a long tenure at Nokia since December 2004, Matthew holds the position of Director, Technology & Standards / Product Line Manager, specializing in product management and the evolution of service router products. Prior professional experience includes roles as Standards Strategist and Principal Consultant at Alcatel, and Advanced Technology Expert at Newbridge Networks. Matthew holds a PhD in Telecommunications from Queen Mary University of London and a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from UCL.
