Shwetha Bhandari

Shwetha Bhandari is a Senior Staff Engineer at Databricks since June 2025 and serves as a 6lo co-chair at the IETF, a position held since February 2019. Prior to Databricks, Bhandari worked at ThoughtSpot from December 2020 to June 2025, holding titles of Distinguished Engineer and Principal Engineer. Bhandari's earlier career includes a significant tenure at Cisco from 2002 to December 2020, where roles included Principal Engineer and Software Engineer. Shwetha Bhandari completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science at Visvesvaraya Technological University from 1998 to 2002.
