Kelsey Eng

Kelsey Eng is a System Reliability Engineer at IEX since December 2019, bringing a robust technical background to the role. Previous experience includes positions as a Helpdesk Analyst at Northeastern University, and a Co-Op Retail Systems Software Engineer at Rue La La, where proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, SQL, and Scala was developed alongside the use of various software tools including AWS and Jenkins. Additional engineering experience was gained as a Co-Op at NaviNet, focusing on C# and Visual Basic, and as a Barista and Cashier at KUNG FU TEAHOUSE LTD, where customer service and inventory management skills were cultivated. Kelsey holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Northeastern University and has academic credentials from Burren College of Art and Queens High School for the Sciences at York College.
