Rahul Phadnavis

Rahul Phadnavis is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in trading systems and digital assets. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Digital Assets at IEX since August 2022, Rahul has held significant positions in various prestigious companies, including Director & Global Head of Trading Systems Engineering at Gemini and Manager of Options Trading Systems at NYSE. Rahul's expertise encompasses reducing latency and enhancing operational efficiencies, demonstrated during the tenure at JPMorganChase where a new FPGA-based solution achieved a substantial annual cost saving. With a foundational role at ISE Holdings as a Software Architect and prior experience in software development at Tradeweb and UPS, Rahul has consistently contributed to the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions. Rahul holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
