Charlène Rambaud

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, specializing in clinical documentation and leading care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was successfully executed in a level one trauma center. Additionally, Charlene held the position of Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT, where clinical concepts were modeled for the organization's terminology framework. Charlene began their career as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
