Samarth Sandeep

Samarth Sandeep is an accomplished professional in quantum computing and sustainable technology with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Board at the California Native Garden Foundation, Samarth focuses on fundraising strategies and corporate engagement. As the CEO of If and Only If Technologies since July 2019, Samarth developed a platform leveraging quantum algorithms for protein research, including work related to SARS-CoV-2. Previous roles include consultant at Deloitte, where Samarth developed quantum annealing systems, and president of Quantum Computing at UC Davis, where foundational initiatives in quantum education were established. Samarth co-founded multiple organizations, including the Hard Tech Fund and Blockchain At Davis, and has actively contributed to projects in sustainable hardware and blockchain development. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and current candidacy for Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute.
