Sebastian Lewis Michael has extensive experience in strategy and operations across various companies, currently serving in a strategic role at iF returns since July 2022, where optimization of processes and strategic reporting in HubSpot and Excel has been a focus. Previously, as SDR Manager, Sebastian achieved up to 200% of sales targets and successfully recruited sales teams in Italy and France. Additional roles include Social Media Consultant at Sweet Angels, where content creation and website management were key responsibilities, and operational supervision in companies such as TECNOGRUAS and Grúas San José. Sebastian has also contributed to human resources and customer service at Oechsle and has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Commercial Management and Sales from EAE Business School and studies in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Piura.
