Ilona Raibikienė has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various actuarial and management positions in different companies over the years. With a strong background in mathematics and business administration, Ilona has been involved in reserve calculations, pricing insurance products, and managing insurance IT projects. Ilona currently serves as the Head of Actuary and Pricing unit at If P&C Insurance AS, leading the actuarial and insurance data modeling efforts in the Baltic region. Ilona holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and has furthered their education with an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management.
