Sandie Curtis

Sandie Curtis, CFE, IPMA SCP, JMT, has extensive experience in training and development across various organizations. Most recently, Sandie served as the Chief of Training & Development Division for the City of Baltimore from 2015 to October 2020, leading professional development initiatives for over 15,000 employees and overseeing the implementation of the Workday ERP system. Prior to this role, Sandie was the Director of Training and Business Support at Alliance Franchise Brands, where global training programs for 365 locations were developed. Sandie also held positions as President at Signs Now Charlotte, Owner and Principal at Training Matters, Inc., and currently serves as Vice President of Education for the International Franchise Association. Recently, Sandie joined Chief, a network focused on empowering women in leadership roles. Educational credentials include a degree from Gardner-Webb University.
