Justin Teoh started their work experience in 2018 as a Client Advisor at Income, where they provided financial advice, managed policyholders' enquiries, and ensured regulatory compliance. In 2021, they joined iFAST Corporation Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in Business Development, where they facilitated investments and managed advisory business for banks, financial institutions, and retail investors in Asia.

From 2015 to 2017, Justin Teoh attended The University of Queensland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting.
