Debasish Majumdar

Debasish Majumdar has over 25 years of leadership experience in Sales and Business Strategy with various companies. Debasish is currently working as an Assistant Vice President - Business Head at IFB Industries Ltd, where they are credited with conceptualizing and implementing excellent business strategies and leading high performing teams. Prior to this, Debasish worked at Amway in different roles, including Associate Vice President and Senior Manager, where they managed sales strategies, national accounts, and cross-geographical issues, and developed innovative retailing strategies. Debasish also has experience as a Regional Business Development Manager, State Head/Area Manager, and Regional Training Manager. Before joining Amway, Debasish held positions at SQL Star International as a Business Manager and NIS Sparta as a Business Manager/Branch Manager. Debasish began their career at Recon Pharmaceuticals Ltd as a Business Manager, where they maintained a network of medical practitioners and implemented promotional activities.

Debasish Majumdar began their education at Boys High School Allahabad in 1977 and completed their commerce degree, specializing in Commerce and Economics, in 1991. Debasish then pursued further education at the University of Allahabad, where they obtained a B'com degree in Marketing & Sales from 1991 to 1994. Debasish later attended NIS SPARTA from 1998 to 2000, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
