Varuna M S has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. VARUNA started their career as an HR Executive at Sara Soule Private Limited in 2007, before moving on to Dynamatic Technologies Limited as an Assistant Manager - HR (Aerospace) in 2008. In this role, they were responsible for manpower planning, talent acquisition, and training and development. VARUNA then joined Welspun Group as a Senior Officer from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked at Hampson Aerospace, Inc. as an Assistant Manager - HR, where they served from 2014 to 2019. VARUNA'srole at Hampson involved various HR responsibilities. Currently, they are working at IFB Industries Ltd as a Deputy Manager Human Resources since 2019.

Varuna M S completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Maths, and Computer Science from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya between 2001 and 2004. VARUNA then pursued a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Human Resource at Mangalore University from 2005 to 2007.
