Leland Steffensen

Leland Steffensen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in business intelligence development and information technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at IFB Solutions since November 2021, Leland previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at Royce Too, LLC from April 2015 to October 2021, overseeing all IT operations and directly reporting to the CEO. Prior to that role, Leland spent nearly nine years at Bank of America in various VP positions, leading teams in innovative development and database management for contact center solutions. Previous roles also include software applications architect at Hanesbrands Inc. and applications developer at Liberty Fabrics, as well as a career in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician in Nuclear Propulsion Operations. Leland holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
