Manoj Kumar Parida

Manoj Kumar Parida is the current General Manager at IFCI Ltd. Manoj has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, having worked for Axis Bank, SIDBI, and Canara Bank.

Parida started their career as a Probationary Officer at Canara Bank in January 2001. Manoj then moved to SIDBI in August 2001, where they held the position of Assistant Manager and Manager. In this role, they were responsible for credit analyst and nodal officer of Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) under Ministry of Textiles.

In January 2007, Parida joined UTI Bank Ltd (now Axis Bank) as Manager, Advances, SME. During their seven years with the bank, they had the opportunity to handle various assignments relating to SME Business. In January 2014, they were appointed as Credit Head, Eastern Geography, covering states of WB, Odisha, Bihar, Chhatisgarh, NE States, and Jharkhand. From January 2014 till December 2016, they headed the SME Franchise of Axis Bank for the State of Odisha.

Parida has been with IFCI Ltd since December 2016 and currently serves as the General Manager.

Manoj Kumar Parida reports to Manoj Mittal, Managing Director & CEO. They are on a team with C. Santhi - General Manager, Bikash Kanti Roy - GM & MD, and Pawan Kumar - General Manager.
