Supply Chain and Logistics

The Supply Chain and Logistics team at IFCO is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end movement of our wide range of pooled equipment and retail-ready transport packaging solutions. This includes ensuring efficient transport of items like fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, and baked goods from suppliers to retailers, managing maintenance processes, implementing effective reverse logistics, and planning inventory control across various regions, including collaboration with major retail partners like Walmart. The team works collaboratively to ensure streamlined operations and cost-effective logistics strategies in markets such as Brazil and Europe.
