Jana Haounji

Jana Haounji, MBA - SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC), where responsibilities include developing global talent acquisition strategies and advising on recruiting functions. Additionally, Jana acts as a Recruitment Consultant for CGIAR and contributes as a writer for Entrepreneur Middle East. Previous experience includes roles such as People and Culture Coordinator at Bloom EMEA, Recruiter at The Career Club, HR Recruiter at the American University of Beirut, and various positions in human resources and operational development across different organizations. Jana holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University and a BA in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.
