Patrick Mutinda

Patrick Mutinda is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and administrative functions. Currently serving as a Recruiter for ESAF & ASIA at the International Fertilizer Development Center since January 2016, Patrick administers the recruitment function and collaborates with technical teams on staffing and candidate selection processes. Prior experience includes a role as a General HR & Administrative Assistant at the International Plant Nutrition Institute from April 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities involved general administration and contract management. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Kenyatta University, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management of Kenya, and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University. Academic credentials also include a KCSE from Kitondo Boys Secondary School.
