María del Pilar Galey de Castro

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business ownership, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as a Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana operated a barbershop, El Galgo Negro, from November 2017 to November 2019, and worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university instructor in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
