Charlie Biggam is currently serving as the Chief Legal Counsel at IFF (CDFI) since January 2016. Prior to this role, Charlie held positions at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Amazonicals, and Chapman and Cutler LLP. Charlie obtained a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Redlands.
