Jessica Nepomiachi

Jessica Nepomiachi serves as the Director of Special Projects at IFF (CDFI) since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing complex real estate projects and providing consulting services to nonprofits. Previous roles as Development Project Manager at PIRHL, LLC and Project Manager at Full Circle Communities, Inc. involved overseeing affordable housing acquisitions and managing project budgets in the Midwest and MidAtlantic regions. Jessica Nepomiachi has extensive experience in development and community engagement, with a notable tenure as Vice President of Development at The Michaels Organization and earlier positions at the Chicago Housing Authority and New York City Council, where Jessica Nepomiachi focused on policy development, community relations, and affordable housing initiatives. Jessica Nepomiachi holds a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Hampshire College.
