Rich Figueroa

Rich Figueroa currently holds the position of Impact Capital at IFF (CDFI) since November 2022. Rich is also serving as Board Trustee at State Universities Retirement System and Principal at LUX Capital Management LLC. Prior to their current roles, Rich has held various high-level positions in companies such as Janko Group, Opus Development Corporation, Mansur & Company, ORIX Real Estate Capital, and Cohen Financial. Rich brings a wealth of experience in capital markets, acquisitions, and investment banking. Rich is an alumnus of Yale University, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
