Ahmed Adel

Ahmed Adel currently serves as the Country Head of Human Resources at IFFCO Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ahmed held the position of Human Resources Director for the Africa Cluster at Indorama Ventures from January 2020 to October 2024. Experience also includes a role as Group Senior Human Resources Manager at Middle East Glass Manufacturing Company from April 2017 to January 2020, and various positions at BEL GROUP between April 2012 and March 2017, including Regional Human Resources Projects Manager, Country Human Resources Manager, and Plant Human Resources Manager. Earlier in Ahmed’s career, a role as Human Resources & Administration Manager was held at Pharco Pharmaceuticals from December 2007 to March 2012. Ahmed holds a Doctorate of Human Resources (DBA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, expected in January 2024, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School, completed in January 2016.
