Noufal Rishad

Noufal Rishad is a dedicated HR professional with significant experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Junior Manager HR and Administrator HR at IFFCO Group since August 2020, Noufal is responsible for managing HR functions for both management and non-management employees, overseeing the entire hire-to-retire process. Prior experience includes positions as HR Executive at Prabhu Steels, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and preparation of KRAs/KPIs, and HR Generalist at SINDUR, focusing on recruitment and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
