Saurabh Mandal

Saurabh Mandal has accumulated extensive experience in the refractory industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at IFGL Refractories since March 2018, after progressing through roles as Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Saurabh worked as a Product Development Engineer at PACIFIC REFRACTORIES COMPANY LTD., focusing on research and development, production process, and quality improvement. Earlier roles include Research Assistant at Golcha Group, conducting clay quality development and handling analytical instruments, as well as a market survey at Dalmia-OCL and industrial training at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT. Saurabh holds an MBA in Operations Management & Marketing from the Indian Institute for Production Management and a B.Tech in Ceramic Technology from the Government College Of Engineering and Ceramic Technology.
