Courtney Lake is an experienced marketing and social media professional currently serving as the Social Media & PR Director at iFIT since August 2022. Previously, Courtney held the role of Director of Social at Fabletics and Associate Director of Brand Communications at ThirdLove, where responsibilities included brand communication and social media management. As the Principal and Owner of Monogram Decor, LLC, Courtney transformed a social media blog into a successful multi-channel firm focused on interior design and social media consulting. Additional experience includes managing social media strategies for Pottery Barn and serving as Marketing Manager at WCP Exposition Services and UBMG. Courtney's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Sociology and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Political Science from Stanford University.
