Han Shen

Han Shen is the founding partner at iFly.vc, a venture capital firm. Prior to iFly.vc, Shen was a partner at Formation 8, where they were responsible for investments in technology and healthcare companies. Han has also served as an associate at VantagePoint Venture Partners and as a venture investment consultant at Mohr Davidow Ventures. In addition to their work in venture capital, Shen has also served as the program chair for the American Chemical Society and as the chair of the Technical Community Organization for Rohm and Haas Company.

Han Shen's educational career includes completing an MBA at The Wharton School and another MBA at the University of Pennsylvania. Han also has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Chicago and an M.S. in Chemistry from the same school. Her undergraduate degree is in Chemistry from Nanjing University. Han also has a high school diploma from NSFZ. Finally, they have a certification from the FAA in Private Pilot License, Single Engine Land.
