Aldo D'Andrea

Aldo D'Andrea, M.Eng, EIT is a skilled engineering professional with experience in technical sales and support. Currently serving as a Field Technical Sales | Application Specialist at ifm since March 2023, Aldo assists customers with applications ranging from inductive sensors to PLC integration. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Technical Support Engineer at Amico Group of Companies from January 2020 to March 2023, where collaborative efforts in R&D projects focused on developing new compressed air products and providing crucial metrics and KPI updates in weekly meetings. Earlier experience as a Technical Support Engineer involved designing innovative source systems to enhance the efficiency of custom manufacturing processes for medical equipment, while also performing quality assurance testing. Aldo holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Western University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia.
