Dietmar Schettgen

Dietmar Schettgen has a diverse work experience starting from their role as Außendienst/Vertrieb at Thüner OHG in 1987. Dietmar then worked as a Werkstudent at Esprit in 1994 and later became an IT-Koordinator at Siemens AG from 1995 to 1997. Dietmar joined RDS Consulting GmbH as Bereichsleiter Systemberatung in 1997 and stayed there until 2008. From 2008 to 2016, Dietmar served as the Head of IT Service and Operations/Abteilungleiter IT Service and Operations at ifm. Dietmar then moved to Swoboda Germany as the Head of IT from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Dietmar works at ifm as the Vice President of Global Security Services since 2019. Dietmar has held various other important roles within the company, including General Manager of Global IT Shared & Security Services and Head of IT Service Delivery/Hauptabteilungsleiter IT Service Delivery.

Dietmar Schettgen holds a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the certification of Dipl. Ing.
