Erika Rowles

Erika Rowles is a seasoned professional in engineering and business development, currently serving as a Sales Engineer in Business Development at ifm since November 2018, specializing in sensing, networking, and control technology for automation. Prior experience includes significant roles at Sibanye Gold and Sibanye-Stillwater, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and technical support for various systems, including refrigeration, high pressure, and underground mining. Additional experience at GOLD FIELDS involved maintenance and repair of instrumentation and process control systems. Erika holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has furthered education at the University of Cape Town and GIBS Business School.
