Erin Burns

Erin Burns is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture for IFM Investors in the UK and Europe since April 2025. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for Synechron and HR Vice President at iCON Infrastructure LLP. Erin's tenure at Principal Asset Management involved serving as both Senior HR Manager and HR Manager. Previous experience also includes the role of HR Business Partner for Tradeweb and a Human Resources Graduate Analyst at Barclays, where involvement encompassed various HR functions including employee relations and project support. Erin holds an MA in Politics and Central and Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow.
