Dean Stanberry

Dean Stanberry, SFP, CFM, has extensive experience in facilities management and project leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as NCMMS Program Manager at Redhorse Corporation since November 2019, Dean provides expertise in the deployment and operation of the Maximo national computerized maintenance management system for the GSA Region 8. In addition, Dean holds significant leadership roles within the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), including Immediate Past-Chair of the Global Board of Directors. Dean is also an active member of ISO/TC 267, contributing to international standards development in facilities management. Previous roles include Director of FM Services at Abraxas Energy Consulting, where responsibility included developing operational processes, and various leadership positions at JLL, overseeing integrated facilities management operations. Educational credentials include certificates in Project Management from Regis University and Finance for Executives from Northwestern University.
