Dennis Kowal AIA WELL AP LEED AP FMP SFP CID is a Principal at Dennis Kowal Architects, leading a multi-state and international practice since February 1987, specializing in architecture, planning, interior design, historic preservation, and construction administration across various sectors such as libraries, healthcare, and education. As an IFMA Qualified Instructor since 2015, Dennis teaches executive leadership, finance, project management, and sustainable design, earning acclaim for impactful teaching. Additionally, Dennis serves as a University Lecturer at Villanova University and is an internationally recognized speaker, presenting on topics like biophilic design and productivity at conferences worldwide. Dennis holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
