Jeff Kleinman

Jeff Kleinman is an Operations and Administration Executive with over 20 years of experience in facilities and real estate, project management, human resources, safety, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of General Services at Suffolk County Water Authority since 2021, Jeff also holds the position of President of the IFMA-Utilities Council, leading initiatives for over 280 members. Jeff previously worked in various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Welwyn Corp and Director of Operations at The Madison Square Garden Company. In education, Jeff is pursuing an MBA at Cornell University and has a BA in Business Administration from Indiana University.
